We have special projects customised to suit our clients’ business and HR needs.
For example, there might be a targeted list of candidates that a client would like to engage but is perhaps too sensitive to approach directly as competitors. Our agency will then take on the engagement with a list of names provided, to invite for open discussions.
This approach will also be used when clients wish to understand the in depth background and experience of specific talents in a market for future roles – and engage Forward Search Consulting as a third party to facilitate such discussions.
