Management Trainee Program
Management Trainee Program is an exercise in which an agency works with schools to secure pool of talents to join a client’s company upon their graduation.
The engagement can start as early as 6 months before a trainee’s actual graduation. Our trained consultants will position scope, culture and career plan on behalf of our clients and shortlist candidates that meet the requirements.
We also run projects where we look into recent months graduated and available candidates from targeted universities to engage them on roles available.
Currently we are actively doing this on an annual basic in Greater China/Singapore for a key global MNC client for their engineering, R&D and sales/customer supports roles.
It is also helpful for companies who wants to outsource mass recruitment and engagement.
